Concept Creation
After our review and analysis of the current site and market, we prepare a master concept overview, looking holistically at the spaces available to work with. Once mutually agreed, we then develop and collection of individual concept documents
An inspirational Document to ensure everyone agrees
A detailed document to cover concept, design intent, functionality and the key features for your consultants to collectively ‘create’ the concept with us.
A further detailed document for the team that will operate the venue, including menu and beverage intent and recommendations, fashion, collateral, tabletop etc. everything the team coming onboard needs to know and understand about the concept they are about to operate
All three documents together offer a full and detailed ‘master concept document’ covering all aspects and ensuring the mutually agreed vision of all parties can be executed with perfection
Ernest Hemmingway invented a cocktail named “Absinthe and Champagne” or, “Death in the Afternoon.”
