Martin started his career in 1981 with Hyatt International in Sydney and over the past 30 years has worked in every aspect of hotels within the five star business of hotels.
Martin has lived in over a dozen countries and travelled to over 100 experiencing what the world has to offer, not only hotels but food, lifestyle and of course the people of various countries.
Creating and innovating is a passion and strength and having created multiple concepts for restaurants and bars as well as events and products, doing this for others is a passion to share.
